Becasuse the US Post Office has seen fit to RAISE  it's fees ONCE AGAIN, I have had to increase my shipping and boxing costs by $.50. I Hate doing this and want to let everyone know how badly I feel about having to pass this increase along to you. For this, I APOLOGIZE.
